Glazing failure on a high-rise building presents an immediate safety and weatherproofing problem, and conventional access equipment is frequently impractical above the lower levels or on constrained sites. KTM ACCESS removes and replaces glazing panels directly by rope access, using engineered lifting and vacuum handling systems that control the panel without imposing contact stress on the glass edges. Work proceeds without scaffolding or elevated work platforms in the majority of applications, and single-panel replacements are handled with the same rigour as full facade programs.
