 We repair the underlying cause first — through crack injection and structural sealing — before any coating or painting is applied, so the defect doesn't simply resurface later. 

 Waterproof coatings prevent moisture penetration into the substrate, while anti-carbonation coatings specifically slow the process of carbon dioxide reaching reinforcement steel, which is a leading cause of concrete spalling over time. 

 We handle both — from targeted balcony and soffit repairs through to full facade restoration, depending on the scope of the project.
